Exact 3D Measuring
A yacht’s deck is measured by us using laser technology. This can be done as from the moment the bare hull is finished. These very exact data are being developed further in a CAD-application to be finished into a complete layout of the deck. In our workshop the deck is being prefabricated, caulked and sanded. Finally the deck is delivered in manageable panels and mounted by us on site.
Fabrication
It all starts with quality control of the teak on location in the Far East. Every single piece of wood is selected and approved. Once arrived the wood is piled up and air dried in our workshop. After approval of the drawings by the client the margins and molds are CNC milled. Then the deck panels are assembled and adjusted on the molds on 10 meter tables.
